Mack's Advice: Working out is important! Frisbee skills are key, but you will only get faster, better, stronger (like Kanye) if you put in work at the gym and the track. Also, do your best to bring your teammates up. As a part of the DL, you are accountable for an entire team of amazing ladies- so work hard, cheer loud, and never give up!
